危化品生产企业、石化行业、煤化工企业均是高风险的行业,生产过程具有易燃、易爆、易中毒的特点,发生火灾、爆炸、中毒窒息、群死群伤事故几率高,发生事故损失巨大,尤其是在用火作业、高处作业、交叉作业、受限空间等作业过程中面临着诸多危险因素,而例行的安全检查不能完全及时、真实、全面地反映现场安全的管控状况。随着科技的进步和政府、上级部门要求的严格,安全生产管理的全天候监控、自动化预警、高效率处置已经成为新时代安全管理的基本要求。本文从实际应用出发,结合高风险行业的作业特点,应用无线微波技术,研究了高危行业作业实时监控的解决方案。

Dangerous chemicals production enterprises,petrochemical industries,coal chemical enterprises are high-risk industries,the production process has inflammable,explosive,poisoning characteristics,fire,explosion,poisoning,suffocation,high probability of mass casualties,accident losses,especially in the use of fire,high-altitude operations,cross-operation,restricted space There are many dangerous factors in the process of time-lapse operation,but the routine safety inspection can not fully reflect the site safety management and control situation timely,truly and comprehensively.With the progress of science and technology and the stringent requirements of the government and higher authorities,all-weather monitoring,automatic early warning and efficient disposal of safety production management have become the basic requirements of safety management in the new era.Based on the practical application and the operation characteristics of high-risk industries,this paper studies the solution of real-time operation monitoring in high-risk industries by using wireless microwave technology.
