摘要
响应时间作为核电厂安全级DCS平台性能的一项重要指标,在不同的测试环境及测试阶段选择合适的测试方法能最大地提高响应时间测试的效率及准确性。文中简要描述了两种核电厂安全级DCS平台响应时间的测试方法,分别是:常规设备响应时间测试法,基于PXI和LabVIEW的响应时间测试法。整理分析使用这两种测试方法的测试原理、测试过程及测试数据,总结归纳出两种测试方法的利弊,为后续核电厂安全级DCS平台响应时间的测试作参考。
The response time is an important indicator of the performance of a nuclear power plant’s DCS platform.Selecting the appropriate test method in different test environments and test phases can maximize the efficiency and accuracy of the response time test.This paper briefly describes the test methods for the response time of two kinds of safety grade DCS platforms for nuclear power plants,namely:conventional equipment response time test method,and response time test method based on PXI and LabVIEW.Analyze and use the test principle,test process and test data of these two kinds of test methods,sum up and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the two test methods,and provide reference for the follow-up time test of safety level DCS platform of nuclear power plants.
