核电厂安全重要系统中应用商品级物项的探讨

Discussion for Commercial Grade Items Used in Safety Systems of Nuclear Power Plant

由于部分厂商不再维持核级物项的生产供货,为满足核电厂的应用要求,将商业现货经适当评定转化为核级物项的需求越发强烈,但这种评定国内目前尚无统一的要求和做法。为促进商业级物项评定的标准化和规范化,本文结合国内外先进经验和行业实践,对评定的标准体系、流程和方法给出了建议性做法,并对实践中的几个常见问题和关切点作了专门探讨。

Some venders stopped supplying of nuclear-grade items gradually for commercial reasons.Applying Commercial Off-The-Shelf(COTS)dedicated properly as nuclear-grade items in safety systems of nuclear power plant becomes necessary.As there’re no acknowledged requirements or practice for this kind of dedication by now,in order to promote the standardization of Commercial Grade Item Dedication(CGID),according to the advanced experience and industrial practice of domestic and overseas,suggestions for standard hierarchy,processes and methods of CGID are provided in this paper,and typical questions and focuses are discussed too.
