我国定向培养乡村教师的现实路径分析 被引量:7

摘要 《乡村教师支持计划(2015—2020年)》中明确指出,要采取定向培养乡村教师方式,这是当前有效解决我国乡村教师数量和质量问题,缩小城乡教育差距的重要举措。在培养理念上,要坚守服务乡村教育的教育宗旨;在培养主体上,要让地方师范院校承担培养责任;在师资来源上,要选拔农村籍优质生源;在素质规格上,要培养"一专多能"的全科型乡村教师;在提升待遇上,要维护乡村教师的生活待遇和精神尊严。只有坚持这些培养路径,才能培养出"下得去、教得好、留得住"的乡村教师队伍。 The Rural Teacher Support Program(2015-2020)clearly points out that rural teachers should be trained in a directional way,which is an important measure to solve the problem of quantity and quality of rural teachers effectively and narrow the gap between urban and rural education.In terms of training ideas,we should adhere to the educational purpose of serving rural education.In terms of training subject,we should let the local normal colleges bear the responsibility of training.In terms of source of teachers,we should select high-quality source of students in the rural areas.In terms of quality specification,we should train“expert in one thing and good at many”type of rural teachers.In terms of promotion and pay,we should guarantee the material benefits and spiritual dignity of the rural teachers.Only by adhering to these training paths,can we cultivate a contingent of rural teachers who“can go down,teach well and stay long”.
