摘要
"破窗理论"是指一种心理暗示造成的从众心理。它对高校图书馆的开放式管理有着重要的指导作用和借鉴意义。"破窗理论"揭示了环境具有强烈的暗示性和诱导性。在高校图书馆日常管理工作中,存在很多的"破窗现象"。我们只有通过理性分析,才能将"破窗理论"应用到管理中,通过高质量的服务,为管理提供变化的动因,从而使其他良好的变化随之而动,强化读者的"自我"行为,逐步形成正确的价值观念,使图书馆内不文明行为现象的管理达到一种"无为而治"的状态,从而确保图书馆内各项工作扎实有序地开展。
Broken window theory,a kind of group psychology caused by psychological suggestion,can be used as a guidance for the open management in university libraries.Broken window theory reveals that environment is highly suggestive and inductive.In the daily management of university libraries,there are many“broken windows”phenomenon.Only through rational analysis,can we apply the theory to real management,so that high-quality services can be provided,followed by other good effects.Then,readers can be self-managed to form and internalize the correct values in the library.Finally,uncivilized behaviors will be less and less to guarantee the practical work in the library.
