患者参与诊疗的评价指标体系研究:以护理服务为切入点

Research on patient participation in medical care assessment index system:Taking nursing care as the entry point

目的:全面考察患者参与诊疗情况,客观认识、科学评价患者参与患者安全的影响因素和表现,为进一步开展患者参与患者安全的相关研究,以及针对性地提升患者参与诊疗的参与度提供参考依据。方法:文献分析法,从患者参与有关的文献中遴选出指标并建立初步的指标体系;专家咨询法,采用改良的德尔菲法咨询专家意见,在咨询过程中对指标评价体系进行修正。结果:建立了一套评价患者参与诊疗的指标体系。结论:以护理服务为切入点,基于系统梳理影响患者参与诊疗的相关因素以及患者参与在"知-信-行"模式中的体现,进行定性、定量分析和综合评定,建立了一套评价患者参与诊疗的指标体系。

Objectives:To study comprehensively the situation,recognize objectively and evaluate scientifically about influent factors and performance on patients’participation,provide reference for further research on patient safety and promotion targeted the degree of involvement.Methods:According to literature analysis,select indicators from the relevant literature and establish preliminary index system.Delphi method is used in consulting experts to modify the evaluation index system,and opinions of experts tend to be consistent after two rounds of consultation.Results:Patient participated healthcare assessment index system has been shaped.Conclusions:This study systematically analyzes related factors about patients’involvement in treatment and reflection in the"KAP"model,and establishes a set of evaluation index system through qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis and comprehensive evaluation.
