吉林省冰雪旅游产业发展模式研究

Development Modes of Ice and Snow Sports Tourism Industry in Jilin Province

吉林省为贯彻落实国家提出的"白雪换白银"重要指示精神,充分利用省内优越的地理位置和丰富的冰雪资源优势来快速发展冰雪产业。由于吉林省特殊的地理位置、气候因素、冰雪资源,该省的冰雪旅游产业发展具有得天独厚的优势,吉林省上至政府高位决策驱动、行业引导,下至产业联动融合,已经形成了全民共享的冰雪旅游氛围,吉林省的冰雪旅游正在强势崛起。通过分析吉林省冰雪旅游产业发展的现状,可以提出该省发展冰雪旅游产业的新模式,即突出冰雪旅游本体作用引领、打造民俗文化体验、发展冰雪体育装备品牌、增强冰雪核心产业支撑等,以此带动整个地区冬季休闲旅游的振兴,并为东北地区其他城市和地区的冰雪产业发展提供了新思路和新路径。

In order to implement important guiding spirit of“Snow for Silver”proposed by the state,Jilin Province has made full use of superior geographical position and abundant ice and snow resources in the province to rapidly develop ice and snow industry.Because of the special geographical position,climate factors and ice and snow resources of Jilin Province,the development of ice and snow tourism industry in Jilin Province has unique advantages.The ice and snow tourism in Jilin Province has formed an atmosphere shared by the whole people,driven by the high-level decision-making of the government,guided by the industry,and integrated with the industry.By analyzing the present situation of ice and snow tourism industry in Jilin Province,we can find out the new mode of ice and snow tourism industry development in Jilin Province,that is,highlighting the role of ice and snow tourism itself,creating folk cultural experience,developing ice and snow sports equipment brand,and strengthening the support of ice and snow core industry,so as to promote the whole region’s winter leisure tourism.It also provides new ideas and new paths for the development of ice and snow industry in other cities and regions of Northeast China.
