在国际恐怖活动处于活跃上升期背景下,我国的恐怖主义活动出现了从边疆向内地不断渗透、恐怖主义威胁来源复杂化、恐怖袭击的手段方式多样化、恐怖活动勾连科技化等特点,恐怖活动短期内难以根除,恐怖袭击有转向常态化的趋势,反恐形势极为严峻。口岸作为我国对外开放与世界沟通交流展示国家形象的第一道关卡,在当前严峻的反恐态势下,也面临着前所未有的压力。因此,有必要加强管控,强化反恐措施,确保口岸通关安全顺畅。

In the context of the active rise of international terrorist activities,China’s terrorist activities have emerged from the frontiers to the interior,with complicated sources of terrorist threats,diversified means of terrorist attacks,and terrorist activities linked to science and technology.Terrorist activities are difficult to eradicate in the short term,and terrorist attacks have turned to a normal trend.The anti-terrorism situation is extremely serious.As the first level of China’s opening up and display of the country’s image in the world communication,the port is facing unprecedented pressure under the current severe anti-terrorism situation.The author puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen control and strengthen anti-terrorism measures to ensure safe and smooth customs clearance at the port.
