摘要
以审判为中心的关键在于庭审实质化。为了解决目前庭审虚化的问题,应当在促使证人出庭、预防证人翻供、完善证据规则、做好举证质证工作以及量刑证据的移交出示五个问题上着力。
The key to trial-centeredness lies in the substantiation of court trials.In order to solve the problem of current court falsification,five issues should be focused on,such as encouraging witnesses to appear in court,preventing witnesses from retracting,improving evidence rules,doing a good job in offering evidence and verifying evidence,and transferring evidence for sentencing.
