本科教育与职业教育并轨背景下公安教育模式重构研究——以辽宁警察学院为例

Research on the reconstruction of public security education model under the background of unifying undergraduate education and vocational education——Taking Liaoning Police College as an example

国务院《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》和教育部等六部门《现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014—2020年)》文件明确了本科层次职业教育这一政策导向,这对公安本科教育具有指导性意义。培育应用型实战型预备警官,必须对现行的公安本科教育模式进行重构,包括职业教育、能力导向和校局合作等教育理念重构;课程设置、课程内容、教学方式和考核方式等教学环节重构以及走出去、请进来的师资队伍结构重构三个方面,以工作过程为基础,能力需求为导向,实现公安教育跨越式发展。

The policy orientation of vocational education of undergraduate level was clarified in“Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education”issued by the State Council and“Construction Plan of Modern Vocational Education System(2014-2020)”issued by the Ministry of Education and other six departments,which is instructive for the public security undergraduate education.To cultivate practical and actual combat police officers,we must reconstruct the current public security undergraduate education model,including the reconstruction of educational concepts such as vocational education,ability orientation and cooperation with bureau,the reconstruction of teaching links such as curriculum setting,curriculum content,teaching methods and assessment methods,and the reconstruction of the teaching team of going out and coming in,based on the work process,oriented by the ability demand,to realize the leap-forward development of public security education.
