手术室护士工作沉浸及影响因素研究

Study on the work immersion and influencing factors of nurses in operating room

目的调查手术室护士工作沉浸状况,并分析其影响因素。方法采用护士工作沉浸问卷和组织沉默量表对190名手术室护士进行调查。结果手术室护士工作沉浸总均分为(3.34±0.44)分;组织沉默总均分为(3.32±0.57)分;手术室护士工作沉浸总均分及各维度得分与组织沉默总均分及各维度得分均呈负相关(P<0.05),默许性沉默、防御性沉默、漠视性沉默为手术室护士工作沉浸的主要影响因素。结论护理管理者应当重视手术室护士组织沉默行为对其工作沉浸的影响,采取相应措施减少护士组织沉默行为,促使其以积极状态沉浸于护理工作,从而提高手术室护理质量。

Objective To investigate the working immersion of operating room nurses and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 190 operating room nurses were surveyed by nurses'job immersion scale and organizational silence scale.Results The total score of immersion in operating room nurses was(3.34±0.44),and the total score of organizational silence was(3.32±0.57).The total and each dimension scores of immersion and silent activities were negatively correlated(P<0.05).Acquiescent silence,defensive silence and indifference silence were the main factors influencing the job immersion of operating room nurses.Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to the influence of operating room nurses'organizational silence on their work immersion,and take corresponding measures to reduce the nurses'organizational silence behavior so as to promote their positive state in nursing,thus improving the nursing quality in the operating room.
