摘要
目的探讨护士长领导行为对护士间团结度的影响。方法采用一般资料调查表、领导行为评估量表和护士间团结度量表对西安市3所三级甲等医院的362名护士进行调查。结果护士长领导行为总分为(77.42±12.57)分,团结度总分为(81.68±11.12)分。护士长领导行为与护士间团结度呈正相关(P<0.01),控制一般资料后,工作绩效和团队维系能够解释护士间团结度20.4%的变异。结论护士长领导行为是护士间团结度的重要影响因素,医院管理者及护士长自身要充分认识到护士长领导行为的重要性,通过改善护士长领导行为来增强护士间的团结度。
Objective To investigate the influence of head nurses'leadership behavior on the colleague solidarity among nurses.Methods The general information questionnaire,leadership behaviors scale and colleague solidarity scale among nurses were conducted in 362 nurses from 3 3A-level hospitals.Results The total score of leadership behaviors was(77.42±12.57)and score of colleague solidarity was(81.68±11.12),between which had positively correlation(P<0.01).After controlling the general data,job performance and group to sustain can account for 20.4%of variation in solidarity.Conclusion The leadership behavior is the important influencing factor of nurses'colleague solidarity.The hospital managers and head nurses should pay attention to the leadership behavior.The colleague solidarity can be enhanced through improving the head nurses'leadership behavior.
