ICU护士对患者分级化早期活动知识评估及影响因素的研究

Study on nurses ' knowledge assessment of patients ' early activities and its influencing factors

目的调查ICU护士对患者分级化早期活动的知识水平,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷和患者分级化早期活动知识评估问卷对110名ICU护士进行调查。结果 ICU护士对患者分级化早期活动知识评估得分为(21.51±2.90)分,处于中等水平。Logistic回归分析结果显示,科室、专科护士资质及是否接受分级化早期活动培训是ICU护士对患者分级化早期活动知识评估水平的影响因素。结论 ICU护士对患者分级化早期活动知识评估水平不容乐观,需要临床ICU护士、医生、医院管理者等相关人员予以重视,强化分级化早期活动知识的培训和指导,更新观念,逐步完善相关的护理实践指南和评价标准。

Objective To investigate ICU nurses'knowledge level of early activities and analyse its influencing factors.Methods Using general information questionnaire and the early stage activity knowledge assessment questionnaire to investigate 110 ICU nurses.Results The score of early activity knowledge was(21.51±2.90),which was in the medium level.The Logistic regression analysis showed that department,nursing specialist and whether they received professional training were influencing factors which influenced ICU nurses'evaluation to the patients'early activity knowledge.Conclusion ICU nurses'knowledge level about early activeities wasn't good,thus relevant personnel such as clinical ICU nurses,doctors,hospital administrators should strengthen knowledge training,update their concept and gradually perfect related nursing practice guidelines and evaluation standards.
