基于微信平台的微格教学法在急诊科护生教学中的应用研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨基于微信公众平台的微格教学法在急诊科护生教学中的应用研究。方法选取102名急诊科护生为对照组,102名为实验组。对照组沿用急诊科传统教学法带教,研究组采用微格教学法,即通过微信公众平台进行信息、视频、文件等现代化管理方式进行带教。教学结束后,比较两组急诊科护生的理论、操作考核成绩,评判性思维能力及对带教老师满意度。结果两组急诊科护生理论、操作考核成绩,评判性思维能力比较,研究组明显高于对照组;研究组急诊科护生对带教老师除带教素质外,各维度的满意度评分及总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论基于微信公众平台的微格教学法带动了急诊科护生的主观能动性,为提升临床带教老师的能力及素质有重要促进作用。 Objective To explore the effect of microteaching based on WeChat platform in emergency nursing students.Methods Totally,204 students were joined and randomly divided into the control group(n=102)and the study group(n=102).The control group were given the traditional nursing teaching method.The study group received microteaching based on the WeChat platform,including words,videos,documents and other information management methods.Compare the theory examination,practical test,critical thinking ability and satisfaction in two groups after training.Results The scores of theory examination and practical test and critical thinking ability in study group were significant higher than these of control group.Except the quality of nursing teachers,the total scores of satisfaction and its dimension in study group were significant higher than those in control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The microteaching based on the WeChat platform can improve the subjective dynamics among emergency nursing students,and promote the teaching quality of teachers.
