基于信息-动机-行为技巧的护理干预对宫腔粘连手术患者的影响

Effect of nursing intervention based on information-motivation-behavior skills on patients with intrauterine adhesion surgery

目的研究基于信息-动机-行为技巧的护理干预对宫腔粘连手术患者的影响效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治的106例宫腔粘连手术患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于信息-动机-行为技巧的护理干预。比较两组患者应激反应、护理满意度以及护理前后焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分。结果观察组患者心率、血压、呼吸频率优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者护理后的SAS,SDS评分低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于信息-动机-行为技巧的护理干预,可有效改善宫腔粘连手术患者术后应激反应,缓解其不良情绪,提高患者满意度。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention based on information-motivation-behavior skills on patients with intrauterine adhesion surgery.Methods We selected 106 patients with intrauterine adhesion surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 as study subjects and randomly divided them into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing intervention while nursing interventions based on information-motivation-behavior skills were adopted for the control group.The stress response,nursing satisfaction,anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate,blood pressure and respiratory rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on information-motivation-behavior skills can effectively improve postoperative stress response,alleviate adverse emotions and improve satisfaction in patients with intrauterine adhesion surgery.
