人文关怀对真菌性角膜炎患者健康知识掌握程度的影响

Effect of humane care on the mastery of health knowledge of patients with fungal keratitis

目的探讨人文关怀干预对真菌性角膜炎患者健康知识掌握程度的影响。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年2月收治眼科真菌性角膜炎患者146例为研究对象,将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上实施人文关怀护理。比较两组患者对眼部健康知识掌握程度及护理满意度。结果研究组患者眼部健康知识掌握程度、护理满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义。结论真菌性角膜炎患者实施人文关怀干预,可有效提高患者对眼部健康知识掌握程度及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of humane care intervention on the mastery of health knowledge of patients with fungal keratitis.Methods To compare the degree of mastery of eye health knowledge and satisfaction of nursing,146 cases of patients with ophthalmic fungal keratitis,who admitted in our ophtalmology department from February 2017 to February 2018,were observed and randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group received humane care intervention on the basis of the control group.Results The degree of mastery of eye health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of humane care intervention on patients with fungal keratitis could effectively enhance the level of mastery of eye health knowledge and satisfaction with nursing.
