延续性护理对乳腺癌晚期患者生存期及生活质量的影响

Effect of continuing nursing on survival and quality of life in patients with advanced breast cancer

目的探讨延续性护理对乳腺癌晚期患者生存期及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年6月至2017年6月收治的80例乳腺癌晚期患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组实施延续性护理。比较两组患者生存率及生活质量。结果研究组患者1年生存率及生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论延续性护理可有效提高患者生活质量,延长患者生存期,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of continuing nursing on survival and quality of life in patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods To compare the survival rate and quality of life,80 cases of patients with advanced breast cancer treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were observed,and randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members.Results The survival rate and quality of life scores within 1 year in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuing nursing could effectively improve the quality of life of patients and prolong their survival,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
