JCI标准联合6S管理模式在急诊急救仪器管理中的应用

Application of JCI standard combined with 6S management model in emergency first aid instrument management

目的探讨JCI标准联合6S管理模式在急诊急救仪器管理中的临床应用效果。方法将我院急诊科30名护理人员作为研究对象,从2017年1月开始实施干预,将2016年1—12月未实施干预期间作为干预前,将2017年1—12月实施干预期间作为干预后。干预前实施常规急救仪器管理方法,干预后实施JCI标准结合6S管理模式干预。观察并比较干预前后急诊急救仪器管理效果及工作效率。结果干预后仪器摆放规范、仪器清洁良好、仪器维持完好、使用记录完整各项次数均明显高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预后仪器清洁时间、仪器保养时间略长于干预前,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),干预后仪器取用时间均明显短于干预前,环境整理时间各项均明显长于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:JCI标准结合6S管理模式使急诊急救仪器管理更加规范、科学、高效,能有效保障仪器性能及使用效率,提高急诊急救科室工作效率。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of JCI standard combined with 6S management model in emergency first aid instrument management.Methods To observe and compare the management effect and work efficiency of emergency first aid instrument before and after intervention,30 nursing staff from the emergency department of our hospital were included.Interventions were implemented from January 2017,of which the period from January to December 2016 where the intervention was not implemented defined as before intervention,period from January to December 2017 where the intervention was implemented defined as after intervention.The routine first-aid instrument management method was implemented before intervention,while after intervention the JCI standard combined with 6S management model was implemented.Results After intervention,the number of standard instrument placement,well instrument cleaning,instrument in good maintenance and complete using records were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the cleaning time and the maintenance time of instrument were slightly longer than those before the intervention,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The time of instrument access after intervention was significantly shorter than that before intervention,time of environmental finishing was significantly longer than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of JCI standard combined with 6S management model has improved the emergency first aid instrument management to be more standardized,more scientific,and more efficient,which could effectively guarantee the performance and efficiency of the instrument,and improve the efficiency of emergency department.
