发动机连接支架的焊接工艺研究

摘要 通过分析发动机连接支架的材料焊接特性和结构特点,选择了合适的焊接材料和焊接方法,提出了焊前处理、专用焊接工装固定、焊前预热、焊后消除应力退火热处理等工艺措施,实现了薄壁细管支架的焊接。结果表明,可靠的焊接工装,合理的焊接工艺及焊接顺序配合焊后热处理消除应力可实现支架较高的尺寸精度和焊接质量,实际应用效果良好。 By analyzing the weldability of materials and structure characteristics of an engine connection bracket,the welding materials and TIG welding method were selected.The technical measures such as pre-welding cleaning,fixing by special welding tooling,preheating before welding and relieving stress through the heat treatment after welding were put forward.In the process of welding and post-weld heat treatment,the size and position accuracy of each pipe is guaranteed by special fixture,and the deformation is controlled at the same time.Practice shows that the welding procedure measures can ensure the dimensional accuracy and welding quality of the structure,and the practical effect is good.
