护理本科生人文关怀能力的现状调查及影响因素分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的调查护理本科生的人文关怀能力现状并分析影响因素。方法采用护理专业大学生人文关怀能力量表对某校210名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果护理本科生人文关怀能力平均得分为(72.28±10.97)分,其中灌输信念和希望,健康教育,人道、利他价值观维度得分较高;协助满足基本需求,帮助解决困难,提供良好环境维度得分较低。多元逐步回归分析显示,护理本科生人文关怀能力的影响因素为与老师的关系、人文关怀能力自我评价、对护理专业的态度(R2=0.297,F=17.266,P<0.001)。结论护理本科生人文关怀能力整体处于中等水平,仍有较大提升空间。教育者应重视护理本科生的关怀教育,因人制宜,因材施教,培养具有更好关怀能力、更能适应临床需求的人才。 Objective To investigate the status quo of humanistic caring ability of nursing undergraduates,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 210 nursing undergraduates were selected and surveyed using the nursing students′humanistic care ability scale.Results The total score was(72.28±10.97),with the dimension of beliefs and hopes,health education as well as humanity and altruistic values of the highest score,while the dimension of meeting basic needs,helping to solve problems and providing a good environment of the lowest score.The influencing factors of the humanistic caring ability were relationship with teachers,self-evaluation of the humanistic care ability and attitudes towards nursing(R 2=0.297,F=17.266,P<0.001).Conclusion The humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates is of the middle level and has great room to improve.Nursing educators should pay more attention to the caring education of undergraduate students,and take effective interventions to train more nursing talents with better caring ability and meeting the needs.
