城市生产环境对制造业工厂柔性用工影响研究

A Study on Impact of Urban Production Environment on Flexible Employment of Manufacturing Factories

柔性用工作为一种新型的用工方式,被许多制造业工厂关注并用来解决所面临的人力资源管理痼疾,而工厂为实现有效的用工管理需考虑不断变化的城市生产环境,因此,有必要研究城市生产环境对制造业工厂实现柔性用工的具体影响。采用结构方程模型对收集所得数据分析后发现,城市生产环境中的居住地距离远近、服务设施便利性、互联网通信应用水平和产业集聚程度等因素对工厂柔性用工产生显著影响,而交通便利性影响不显著。鉴于此,实现柔性用工需要工厂采取措施满足工人工作和生活的城市生产环境需求,提高工人满足感,保障工厂生产制造活动的高效进行。

The flexible employment as a new type of employment is concerned and used by many manufacturing factories to solve their human resource management problems,and factories in order to achieve the effective employment management need to consider the changing of the urban production environment.Thus,it is necessary to study the specific impact of the urban production environment on the implementation of the flexible employment in manufacturing factories.Using the structural equation model to analyze the collected data,it is found that the factors,such as the distance of residence in urban production environment,the service facility convenience,the internet communication application level and the industrial agglomeration,have a significant impact on the flexible employment of factories,and the impact of the traffic convenience on the flexible employment is not significant.In view of this,the realization of the flexible employment requires factories to take measures to meet the needs of the urban production environment in which workers work and live,enhance the workers satisfaction and ensure the efficient operation of factory manufacturing activities.
