摘要
目的:探讨绝经后骨质疏松患者血清25羟维生素D3水平和基质Gla蛋白(matrix Gla protein,MGP)的相关性。方法:选取南昌大学第二附属医院2013年4月-2016年2月门诊体检的绝经后妇女125例作为研究对象。通过检测所有患者的骨密度(BMD)、血清25羟维生素D3、血清MGP水平,根据骨密度结果将其分为骨密度正常组30例、低骨量组47例和骨质疏松组48例。根据血清25羟维生素D3浓度将低骨量、骨质疏松患者分为缺乏组34例、不足组31例和正常组30例。分别观察各组的血清MGP水平并分析其与BMD、血清25羟维生素D3之间的关系。结果:骨密度正常组的血清MGP水平均明显高于低骨量组和骨质疏松组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常组的血清25羟维生素D3水平均明显高于缺乏组和不足组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,血清MGP浓度与骨密度、25羟维生素D3浓度均呈正相关。结论:绝经后骨质疏松症患者的血清基质Gla蛋白与25羟维生素D3、BMD密切相关。随着25羟维生素D3水平下降,血清基质Gla蛋白浓度逐渐减少。
Objective:To observe the correlation of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level and serum matrix Gla protein(MGP)in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis.Method:A total of 125 postmenopausal women who underwent outpatient physical examination in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from April 2013 to February 2016 were selected as study objects.Bone mineral density(BMD),serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and serum MGP levels of all patients were measured.According to the results of bone mineral density,they were divided into normal bone density group(30 cases),low bone mass group(47 cases)and osteoporosis group(48 cases).According to serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration,the patients with low bone mass and osteoporosis were divided into deficiency group(34 cases),insufficiency group(31 cases)and normal group(30 cases).The serum levels of MGP in each group were observed and their correlation with BMD and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 were analyzed.Result:The levels of serum MGP in the normal BMD group were significantly higher than those in the low BMD group and osteoporosis group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in the normal group were significantly higher than those in the insufficiency group and deficiency group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that serum MGP concentration was positively correlated with bone mineral density and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration.Conclusion:Serum MGP of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis is closely associated with serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and BMD.Along with the gradual decline of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level,the extent of serum MGP gradually decrease.
