伐昔洛韦联合红光治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效及对症状指标的影响

Effect of Valaciclovir Combined with Red Light on Herpes Zoster and Its Effect on Symptom Index

目的:探讨伐昔洛韦联合红光治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效,并分析对相关症状指标的影响。方法:选取本院收治的86例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为联合组与对照组,各43例。对照组口服伐昔洛韦治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合使用红光治疗,两组疗程均为10 d。比较两组止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:联合组患者止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间均短于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组总有效率为83.72%,高于对照组的60.47%(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:伐昔洛韦联合红光治疗带状疱疹,能够明显缩短止疱、止痛及结痂时间,临床疗效确切且安全可靠,具有应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Valaciclovir combined with red light in treatment of herpes zoster and its effects on the related symptom indexes.Method:A total of 86 patients with herpes zoster in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into combined group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Valaciclovir orally,and combined group was treated with red light on the basis of control group,they were treated for 10 days.The analgesic time,stop blister time,scab time,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result:The analgesic time,stop blister time and scab time in combined group were shorter than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combined group was 83.72%,which was higher than 60.47%of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Vaciclovir combined with red light in treatment of herpes zoster can significantly shorten the time of analgesic,stop blister and scab formation,the clinical efficacy is accurate,safe and reliable,with application value.
