经会阴三维超声在女性盆底障碍性疾病中的应用

Application of Transperineal Three-dimensional Ultrasound in Female Pelvic Floor Disorders

目的:探讨经会阴三维超声在女性盆底障碍性疾病中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年9月-2017年2月本院收治的患有盆底功能障碍疾病的分娩产妇75例作为观察组,同时选取同期盆底功能正常的未生育妇女24例作为对照组。两组分别予以经会阴三维超声检测,观察比较其盆腔器官脱垂距离指标、盆腔器官脱垂率、盆膈裂孔横径、前后径、面积,以及肛提肌厚度。结果:观察组盆腔器官脱垂情况、各项盆腔器官脱垂距离指标、盆膈裂孔横径、前后径及面积均明显大于对照组,肛提肌厚度明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经会阴三维超声在女性盆底障碍性疾病中的应用具有显著的临床效果与较高的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound on female pelvic floor disorders.Method:A total of 75 parturient women with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the observation group,24 infertile women with normal pelvic floor function were selected as the control group at the same time.The two groups were examined by transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound testing.The pelvic organ prolapse distance indicators,pelvic organ prolapse rate,pelvic diaphragm hole transverse diameter,anteroposterior diameter,area and levator ani muscle thickness between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The pelvic organ prolapse,pelvic organ prolapse distance indicators,diaphragm hole transverse diameter,anteroposterior diameter and area of the observation group were significantly larger than those of the control group,levator ani muscle thickness was significantly smaller than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound in female pelvic floor disorders has significant clinical effects and higher application value.
