2940 nm点阵铒激光在皮肤光老化中的疗效及对氧化应激的影响观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察与分析2 940 nm点阵铒激光在皮肤光老化中的疗效及对氧化应激的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年10月期间在本院进行治疗的50例皮肤光老化患者为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组(强脉冲光治疗组)25例和观察组(2 940 nm点阵铒激光治疗组)25例。统计与比较两组的临床总有效率、治疗前后的症状积分及皮损组织氧化应激指标表达情况。结果:观察组治疗后不同时间的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组的症状积分及皮损组织氧化应激指标表达比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的症状积分及皮损组织氧化应激指标表达均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2 940 nm点阵铒激光在皮肤光老化中的疗效较好,且对氧化应激的影响更为积极,因此在皮肤光老化患者中的应用价值较高。 Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of 2 940 nm fractional erbium laser in the patients with skin photoage and influence for the oxidative stress.Method:A total of 50 patients with skin photoage in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(intense pulsed light therapy group)25 cases and the observation group(2 940 nm fractional erbium laser therapy group)25 cases according to the random number table.Then the total effective rates,symptom scores and expression situation of skin lesions oxidative stress indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:The total effective rates of the observation group at different time after the treatment were all significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores and expression of skin lesions oxidative stress indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the symptom scores and expression of skin lesions oxidative stress indexes of the observation group were all significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of 2 940 nm fractional erbium laser in the patients with skin photoage is better,and its influence for the oxidative stress is more active,so its application value in the patients with skin photoage is higher.
