摘要 目的:分析2015-2017年本院铜绿假单胞菌临床分布及耐药性,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:对本院临床标本分离出的铜绿假单胞菌的检出率、科室分布特点及药敏结果进行回顾性分析。结果:铜绿假单胞菌在痰标本中检出率最高,为94.86%;呼吸病房检出率最高,为26.88%;铜绿假单胞菌对多粘菌素B敏感性最好,耐药率最低,其次是环丙沙星。结论:本院铜绿假单胞菌感染以上呼吸道为主,同时可引起多部位感染,其耐药性高,应规范临床用药,加强铜绿假单胞菌耐药性监测,有效控制感染。 Objective:To investigate the distribution and the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and to provide the evidence for rational selection of antibiotics in clinical practice.Method:The distribution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from various clinical specimens was retrospectively analyzed.Result:The specimens were mainly obtained from the sputum,accounting for 94.86%.Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates were primarily from the Department of Respirtory,accounting for 26.88%.Pseudomonas aeruginosa had the best sensitivity to Polymyxin B,followed by Ciprofloxacin.Conclusion:In our hospital,Pseudomonas aeruginosa infected the upper respiratory tract mainly,at the same time could cause multiple site infection.It is necessary to standardize the clinical medication,strengthen the monitoring of pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance and control infection effectively.
