摘要
本文通过分析随机选择的88份关于患者知情同意侵权案的裁判文书,归纳该类案例的特点并提出相关建议,以期供系统科学防范该类医疗纠纷参考。
In this paper,through the analysis on 88 randomly selected judgment documents on informed con?sent infringement cases,the characteristics of such cases are summarized and relevant suggestions are put forward,so as to provide a reference for systematic and scientific prevention of such medical disputes.
