摘要
CT(Computed tomography)和磁共振成像(Magnetic resonance imaging, MRI)对耳部疾病的诊断、治疗前评估和治疗后复查都发挥着不可替代的重要作用,近年来新设备和新技术的不断涌现,提高了设备分辨率及耳部微细结构和病变的显示能力。基于影像学的内耳畸形分类、人工听觉植入术的评估、搏动性耳鸣和眩晕诊治有了新的进展和结果,为耳部疾病诊治与评估提供了更多依据和更有力的支撑。
Computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)play a pivotal role in the diagnosis,pre-and post-treatment evaluation of ear diseases.In recent years,new equipment and new technologies have emerged,improving the resolution of the images and the ability to display the microstructure and lesions of temporal bone.Classification of inner ear malformation,evaluation of auditory implants,diagnosis and treatment of pulsatile tinnitus and vertigo have benefited from these imaging technologies and enjoyed great progress,contributing to the advances in the diagnosis and treatment of ear diseases.
