摘要
本文从脑卒中角度解读《2017美国成人高血压预防、检测、评估及管理指南》,该指南下调了高血压的诊断标准,降低了治疗目标值,强调早期预防及干预,对我国脑卒中患者血压管理具有参考和借鉴价值。
This article aims to interpret 2017 American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association(ACC/AHA)guideline for the prevention,detection,evaluation,and management of high blood pressure in adults from the perspective of stroke.The guidelines declines in the diagnostic cut-off point and the therapeutic target of hypertension,and emphasizes the early prevention and intervention,which has a reference value in blood pressure management of patients with stroke in China.
