摘要
通过对美国专利保护的法律制度以及美国企业利用专利保护制度作为市场竞争手段的研究,为中国企业了解在国际贸易中面临的竞争对手,排除法律风险、做好风险防范提供参考借鉴。
This paper studies the U.S.patent protection law system and how the American companies use this patent protection law system as a means of competition.The purpose of this paper is to make Chinese enterprises know what kind of competitors they will face in international trade,so that they could eliminate the legal risks and do the risk prevention.
