金融契约执行效率、资本区位选择与产业分布

Financial Contract Execution Efficiency,Capital Location Choice and Industry Distribution

制度如何有效促进产业的均衡分布,是新时代我国区域经济协调发展中具有重要探讨价值的问题。资本区位选择和实体产业空间分布受制于以区际金融契约执行效率为代表的制度因素。在新经济地理学自由资本模型框架下引入金融部门,并考虑不完全金融契约因素的影响,是从制度环境这一重要层面对金融契约执行效率区际差异下的资本区位选择机制以及由此导致的实体产业空间分布问题的新解释。结果表明:对于金融契约执行效率高的地区来说,随着地区间金融契约执行效率差距的正向扩大,该地区的市场接近效应进一步增强;对于金融契约执行效率低的地区来说,随着地区间金融契约执行效率差距的负向扩大,该地区的市场接近效应进一步减弱。

How to promote the balanced distribution of industries by means of institutional strength is a major problem that must be solved in the coordinated development of regional economy in the new era.Under the framework of new economic geography,this paper introduces the incompleteness of the financial contract into the FC model,and makes a theoretical analysis and numerical simulation on the capital location selection under the interregional difference of the efficiency of financial contract and the resulting industrial distribution mechanism.The results show:Firstly,for areas with high efficiency in financial contracts,the local market effect of the region is further enhanced with the positive expansion of the efficiency gap between regional financial contracts;Secondly,for areas with low efficiency of financial contracts,the local market effect of the region is further weakened with the negative expansion of the efficiency gap between the regional financial contracts.
