摘要
从硫磺/促进剂的不同配比及粘合体系等方面研究了影响钢帘网输送带中橡胶与镀铜钢丝粘合性能的基本配方,并进一步通过运用正交实验设计方法来确定不溶性硫磺、RA-65及RK等关键因子的用量以达到优化基本配方的目的。
In the perspective of different ratio of sulfur/accelerator and adhesive system,we study the basic formulation for the influence on adhesion of steel mesh with brass plating and rubber in conveyor belts,and determine the use level of key factors such as insoluble sulfur,RA-65 and RK by orthogonal experiment to achieve the objective in optimization of basic formulation.
