无压三产品重介旋流器二段入料口堵塞报警系统的研究与应用

生产中为了避免无压三产品重介旋流器二段入料口堵塞时,大量的原煤进入精煤仓影响精煤质量,以及压死精煤皮带或憋死精煤离心机等,研究出了一套旋流器二段入料口堵塞报警系统。本系统可在不同的电机运行频率及合介悬浮液密度下,对旋流器工作压力进行实时监控,当旋流器工作压力触及设定报警压力值时,集控室的上位机操作界面就会弹出报警信息,同时结合语音系统发出语音报警,提醒工作人员,并且还会自动停止给煤,以最快的速度、最少的影响范围结束事故影响。

In order to avoid the blockage of the second-stage inlet of the pressure-free three-product dense-medium cyclone,a large number of raw coal enters the clean coal bunker and affects the quality of the clean coal,as well as killing the clean coal belt or choking the clean coal centrifuge,a blockage alarm system for the second-stage inlet of the cyclone was developed.The system can monitor the working pressure of the cyclone in real time under different motor operating frequency and suspension density.When the working pressure of the cyclone in production touches the set alarm pressure value,the upper computer operating interface of the central control room will pop up alarm information,and at the same time,it will send out voice alarm to remind the workers by combining the voice system.Personnel will also automatically stop feeding coal to end the impact of the accident at the fastest speed and with the least impact area.
