煤炭资源精采细放管理理念研究与实践

Research and Practice on the management concept of fine and thin coal resources

该文以东滩煤矿从2017年7月份以来实施精采细放管理理念取得的重大成果为基础,总结了精采细放管理理念的主要内容,即通过明标准、抓细节、重考核、严奖罚,确保环环在控,过程可控,坚持把精采细放作为矿井效益的第一道关口,突破瓶颈,资源回收率得以大幅提升,并且使矿井资源回收率管理工作走上标准化、制度化、规范化的轨道。在提高煤矿资源回收,提升经济效益,延长矿井服务年限等方面具有重要的借鉴意义。

Based on the important achievements of Dongtan Coal Mine since July 2017,this paper summarizes the main contents of the management concept of fine mining and caving,that is,to ensure the control of the ring and the controllable process,and to insist on taking the fine mining and caving as the mine efficiency through clear standards,paying attention to details,re-examining,rewarding and punishing strictly.Yiyi's first pass breaks through the bottleneck,greatly improves the recovery rate of resources,and makes the management of mine resources recovery on the track of standardization,institutionalization and standardization.It has important reference significance in improving coal mine resource recovery,improving economic benefits and prolonging mine service life.
