摘要
为提高岩巷单进水平,以25011工作面底板岩巷为试验巷道,从巷道层位选择、支护设计、作业方式及掘进装备几个方面对影响岩巷快速掘进的因素进行详细的分析,并提出差异化支护、正规作业循环及气腿式凿岩机+耙斗装载机+胶带输送机作业线等优化措施,优化后25011工作面底板岩巷掘进头实现月单进突破160m。
in order to improve the single entry level of rock roadway and take the bottom slate roadway at the bottom of 25011 working face as the test roadway,the factors affecting the fast driving of rock roadway are analyzed in detail from several aspects such as the selection of the roadway layer,the support design,the operation mode and the driving equipment,and the differential support,the normal operation cycle and the air leg rock drill and the rake bucket are put forward.Optimization measures such as loader+belt conveyor operation line and so on,optimize the bottom slab tunnel heading of the 25011 working face and achieve monthly 160m breakthrough.
