阻尼槽特性对轴向柱泵配流盘流动特性的影响及模拟分析

摘要 轴向柱泵是现代工业中常见的液压传动设备,该设备的应用范围十分广泛。在理论上,轴向柱泵在运作的表现良好,具有效率高、噪声小、自吸能力强的优点,但在现状中部分工业应用上,轴向柱泵因为配流盘流动特性的影响,出现了性能上的不足,所以,本文对阻尼槽特性对轴向柱泵配流盘流动特性的影响进行了分析,并通过模拟仿真提出相应的降噪措施。
