直筒式折纸空气滤芯清洁检测机开发与试验验证 被引量:1

摘要 通过压缩空气旋转吹灰与真空吸灰结合的方法,设计一种密闭式直筒式折纸空气滤芯清洁及检测一体机,并采用计重法及阻力测试法对清洁检测机样机的功能进行验证。试验结果表明:该装置再生效果明显,再生后空气滤芯过滤效率达到98.7%以上且阻力无明显增加。 A cylindrical air filter cleaning and testing device by combined method of rotating blowing and vacuum ash absorption was designed.The function of the cleaning and testing machine prototype was carried out by gravimetric method and resistance measurement.The experimental results indicated that the regeneration effect of the device is obvious,and the filtration efficiency of the air filter after regeneration is more than 98.7%and the resistance is not increased obviously.
