摘要
本文综述了世界上已经实现工业化的草甘膦生产路线,重点介绍了氯乙酸-甘氨酸法、氢氰酸-甘氨酸法、二乙醇胺-IDA法、氢氰酸-IDA法优缺点及应用情况。通过对比分析,得出随着以活性炭催化氧化双甘膦制备草甘膦为重要步骤的氢氰酸-IDA法技术的突破以及所用活性炭催化剂再生技术的开发,该工艺势必成为草甘膦生产行业的主流技术。
This paper reviews the industrialized glyphosate production routes in the world.Focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of chloroacetic acid-glycine method,hydrocyanic acid-glycine method,diethanolamine-IDA method and hydrocyanic acid-IDA method.Through comparative analysis,it concludes that with the breakthrough of the hydrocyanic acid-IDA method and the development of activated carbon catalyst regeneration technology,the hydrocyanic acid-IDA process is bound to become the mainstream technology of glyphosate production industry.
