摘要
有机小分子催化剂2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-N-氧自由基(TEMPO)催化醇的氧化反应是在温和条件下醇选择氧化的一个重要方法,但是TEMPO价格偏高,反应结束后难以分离和回收使用,限制了该反应的广泛应用。将TEMPO接枝在载体上,完成TEMPO多相化,可以实现催化剂的回收再用,成为TEMPO催化研究的一个新领域。因此本文综述了固载TEMPO催化醇氧化反应的最新研究进展。
The conversion of alcohols into corresponding aldehydes and ketones using TEMPO(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidine-N-oxyl)as an organocatalyst has become an important methodology under mild conditions due to its very high efficiency and selectivity.Although only a small amount of catalyst is used,recyclability,separation and price are issues.The recent researches on TEMPO-catalyzed oxidation of alcohol focused on TEMPO immobilizations in order to realize recovery and recycling of the catalysts.With emphasis above,the development and recent progress of TEMPO-supported oxidation of alcohol is reviewed in this paper.
