摘要
本文基于SVM法加Olive方程建立了Gr5合金美标室温拉伸模型,解决了室温拉伸过程汇总部分比例试样在无法进行实际计算标距测量的难题。该方法基于SVM法神经网络运算,结合Oliver公式得到所测试样的近似材料常数,推导出Gr5钛合金比例标距或者特殊定标距的伸长率的换算方法。
Based on the SVM method and Olive equation,the Gr5 alloy standard tensile model at room temperature was established in this paper,which solved the problem that it was impossible to calculate the actual standard distance measurement of partial proportion samples in the room temperature tensile process.This method is based on SVM method neural network calculation,and Oliver formula is used to obtain the approximate material constant of the tested sample,and the conversion method of the elongation of Gr5 titanium alloy scale distance or special scale distance is derived.
