创新创业背景下应用型本科人才培养及课程体系改革研究——以沈阳工程学院应用化学专业为例

Study on the Reform of Talent Training Mode and Curriculum System in Application-Oriented College Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Cultivation

在创新创业大背景下,结合地方社会经济发展状况、周边应用型高等教育发展的优势与特点以及本校的教学基本条件和办学传统,对应用型本科院校所培养的人才进行细致深入的研究,提出应用型本科院校所培养应用型人才的内涵、规格和素质要求。根据应用型本科办学定位、应用型人才目标,结合深度校企合作,进行人才培养模式创新,构建适合于应用型本科院校人才特点的课程体系和结构。

In the practice of corporation of school-enterprise cooperation,the personnel training and courses should adapt to the development of society and economics.This study mainly focus on the reform of talent training mode and curriculum system in application-oriented college based on innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation.
