摘要
为准确计算有杆抽油泵充满度,以油液进入抽油泵运动平衡方程为出发点,结合泵内气、油状态,综合考虑油液参数、油井参数、抽油参数和冲程损失等影响,设计了一种多影响因素共同作用的抽油泵充满度计算方法。重点考查了套管压力、沉没度、泵挂深度、抽油参数及原油气油比对抽油泵充满度的影响程度和趋势。研究结果表明:计算抽油泵充满度时,忽略套管压力影响将导致计算结果偏小,且必须同时考虑有效冲程与理论冲程的差异;抽油参数对泵充满度影响较小,沉没度增大有利于提高泵的充满度,原油气油比增大将导致泵充满度急剧下降。研究结果对大斜度井采油泵效计算具有重要的参考价值。
To accurately calculate the fullness degree of the sucker rod pump,based on the movement balance equation of the oil entering the pump,considering the gas and oil status in the pump,and the effects of oil parameters,well parameters,pumping parameters and stroke loss,a fullness degree calculation method is established.The influence and trend of casing pressure,submergence degree,pump depth,pumping parameters and gas-oil ratio on the fullness degree of sucker rod pump are mainly examined.The results show that,in calculating the fullness degree of sucker rod pump,eliminating the influence of casing pressure would result in a small calculation result,and the difference between the effective stroke and the theoretical stroke must be considered simultaneously.The pumping parameters have little effect on the fullness degree.The submergence depth is beneficial to increase the fullness degree.The increase of gas-oil ratio would lead to a sharp drop in fullness degree.The research has important reference value for the calculation of oil pump efficiency of highly deviated wells.
