为发现并解释欠发达地区公共图书馆是如何在现有条件下通过社会合作这一路径实现总分馆建设,运用观察法与访谈法收集资料,运用扎根理论进行数据分析,以此厘清洛阳市少年儿童图书馆总分馆建设与社会合作融合发展的若干要点,提出图书馆管理者驱动的"以资源为核心"的总分馆与社会合作融合路径。

This paper aims at finding and explaining public libraries in underdeveloped areas how to achieve central.branch library system through social cooperation under existing conditions.The construction approach is based on field research,specifically using observation and interviews to collect data,using grounded theory to analyze data.On this basis,this paper clarifies several key points of the construction of central.branch library system and social cooperation and proposes the merging approach of the resources.centered central-branch library system and social cooperation driven by library managers.1 fig.5 tabs.8 refs.
