焦粉与低阶煤混配制备水煤焦浆的成浆性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为合理利用焦粉资源,以新疆地区低阶煤(露天煤、宽沟煤、乌东煤)及某电石厂焦粉为原料,进行了混配制备水煤焦浆的研究,考察了浆体成浆性能,分析了其浓度、黏度、流动性、稳定性。单一焦粉制得焦浆的成浆性研究表明:焦粉无需研磨,可单独制成焦浆,最佳工艺参数为添加剂添加率2‰,此时制得的焦浆质量分数62%,黏度555 mPa·s。焦粉与不同种低阶煤混配制浆的研究表明:焦浆与煤浆容易混合成浆,混合浆体的稳定性相对单一焦浆明显提高,焦粉与低阶煤混合制浆后,还可提高水煤浆浓度。 In order to utilize the coke powder resource,the study was made on the mixed preparation of coal-coke water slurry,with low rank coal(opencast coal,wide ditch coal and Wudong coal)in Xinjiang and coke powder of one calcium carbide plant as raw materials.The slurryability was investigated to analyze the slurry concentration,viscosity,fluidity and stability.The slurryability study on coke slurry from single coke powder showed that the coke powder did not need to be ground and could be made into coke slurry alone.The optimum process parameter was when the additive rate was 2‰,the mass fraction of coke slurry prepared at this time was 62%,and the viscosity was 555 mPa·s.The study on slurry preparation from coke powder and different kinds of low rank coal showed that the coke slurry and coal slurry were easily mixed into slurry,the stability of the mixed slurry was obviously improved compared with single coke slurry.And the mixed slurry preparation of coke powder and low rank coal could increase the concentration of coal water slurry.
