摘要
针对国内VOCs检测用内标物标准气体——氮中溴氯甲烷、氯苯-D5、1,4-二氟苯、1-溴-4-氟苯混合气体主要依靠进口的现状,进行了VOCs检测用内标物标准气体的研制。介绍了该标准气体的配置方法,采用气质联用法对标准气体的均匀性和稳定性进行了检验,并将制得的标准气体与进口标准气体对比,结果显示:该标准气体的稳定性、均匀性良好,与进口标准气体中标准物质相对偏差在5%以内,可替代进口产品。
In view of the fact that the mixed gas of bromochloromethane,chlorobenzene-D5,1,4-difluorobenzene and 1-bromo-4-fluorobenzene in nitrogen,which was used as standard gas for internal standard of VOCs detection in China,mainly depend on imports,the domestic standard gas for VOCs detection was developed.The preparation method of such standard gas was introduced.The homogeneity and stability of the standard gas were tested by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS),and the comparison was made between such gas and imported standard gas.The results showed that the stability and homogeneity of this standard gas were good,and the relative deviation between this standard gas and the imported standard gas was less than 5%.It could replace the imported product.
