摘要
为建立水煤浆添加剂价格对水煤浆气化炉运行经济性影响的科学评估方法,以40万t/a甲醇装置的气化炉生产数据为基础,采用Aspen Plus软件模拟煤气化过程,建立了增加产量和降低消耗两种方案的煤浆提浓模型,通过改变水煤浆浓度及相应工艺参数,得到合成气量及有效气成分,并以甲醇价格作为计算依据,分析了煤浆浓度提升所带来的经济效益,得出水煤浆添加剂价格与增收效益的平衡点。
In order to establish a scientific evaluation method for the effect of CWS additive price on the economic performance of CWS gasifier,the coal gasification process of 400 000 t/a methanol unit was simulated by Aspen Plus software.2 models of coal slurry concentration were established to increase the output and reduce the consumption.By changing the CWS concentration and the corresponding process parameters,the syngas quantity and the effective gas composition were obtained.With the methanol price as the calculation basis,the economic benefit of coal slurry concentration increase was analyzed,and the balance point between the price of coal slurry additive and the economic benefit increase was obtained.
