摘要 为降低入炉煤成本,京宝焦化有限公司对WKD6050D型捣固焦炉入炉煤结构进行了研究,通过对比小焦炉试验焦炭和大焦炉生产捣固湿熄焦炭、干熄焦炭的热态指标,可知多配入高挥发分、弱黏结性的煤种,焦炭热态指标会变差,特别是反应性。并分析了通过捣固配煤,降低入炉煤成本和稳定焦炭质量及降低推焦电流的方法,可指导实际生产。 In order to reduce the cost of coal as fired,Jingbao Coking Co.,Ltd.had studied the coal structure of WKD6050D stamp-charging coke oven.By comparing the thermal index of coke from the small coke oven test and that of wet quenching coke and dry quenching coke produced through stamp-charging,it was found that increasing the number of highly volatile and weak caking coal would worsen the thermal index of coke,reactivity in particular.It was analyzed to reduce the cost of coal as fired,stabilize the quality of coke and lower the coke pushing current through stamp-charging and coal blending,which could guide the actual production.
