从土耳其进境番茄种子上首次截获番茄斑萎病毒

Tomato spotted wilt virus Were First Intercepted on Imported Tomato Seeds from Turkey

利用双抗体夹心-酶联免疫吸附试验(double antibody sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay,DAS-ELISA)和反转录-聚合酶链式反应(reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)方法对来自土耳其的番茄种子进行种传病毒检测。结果表明,在该批番茄种子中检测到番茄斑萎病毒(Tomato spotted wilt virus,TSWV),对PCR产物进行测序,扩增片段与其他TSWV分离物的核苷酸序列相似度为99%～100%,证实该批番茄种子携带TSWV。

The tomato seeds from Turkey were detected by DAS-ELISA and RT-PCR.The results showed that Tomato spotted wilt virus(TSWV)was detected in this batch of tomato seeds.Sequencing results of PCR products showed that the nucleotide sequence similarity of the fragment to the other TSWV isolates was 99%-100%.TSWV was confirmed in this batch of tomato seeds.
