新型城镇化背景下,中小型城市正处于关键的发展阶段,规模扩大,交通结构面临转型。本文针对中小城市的城市特点,从网络覆盖率和时间可靠性的角度提出了"便捷准时"的公交服务新模式,构建科学高效的公交服务体系,引导城市交通结构良性发展,为建设低碳交通系统奠定基础,并为公交企业和相关部门提供参考。

Under the background of new urbanization,small and medium-sized cities are at a critical stage of development,with scale expanding and the transportation structure facing transformation.In view of the urban characteristics of small and medium-sized cities,this paper proposes a new model of“convenient and punctual”public transport service from the perspective of network coverage and time reliability,constructing a scientific and efficient public transport service system,guiding the benign development of urban traffic structure,and building low-carbon traffic.The system lays the foundation and provides reference for bus companies and related departments.
