一种义齿注塑成型新工艺制作临床体会

Clinical experience of a new denture injection technique

目的一种新型义齿注塑工艺。发明改变传统的可摘义齿制作工艺流程并应用于个性化订制式义齿制作中。方法用新型义齿注塑机和牙盒煮沸基托聚合一体机使用传统牙托粉(denture base powder,PMMA,甲基丙烯酸甲酯)直接快速注射义齿基托成型。采用石膏包埋法注塑成型,改变了国内外DENTAL LAB千百年来传统装盒和用压榨器制作义齿方法。结果该义齿注塑工艺简化了义齿制作工序,牙盒煮沸基托聚合一体机是采用数码智能控制树脂加热、加压成型。义齿适应性好,无菲边,不增高咬合,无气泡发生,树脂聚合收缩小,保持义齿蜡型的咬合关系。制作精度更高,适用范围广,操作简单,节约时间。该方法不仅可以用于全口义齿,还可用于可摘局部义齿,附着体义齿的树脂充填。特别是对于附着体义齿,模型不需要在压榨器上加压,避免了附着体义齿固定部分烤瓷牙的隐裂或变形的发生。注塑义齿时,采用石膏包埋法能够快速注塑成型义齿,使操作时间更短,更便捷。结论该义齿注塑工艺作为一种创新发明,新型义齿注塑技术代替传统义齿制作方法,在国内外有着极大的推广使用价值。一种新型义齿注塑工艺获得中国发明专利号:201810005557.2,实用新型专利号:201820010568.5和外观专利号:201830001471.3。美国专利号(USA):Appl.No.29/636,655.)获得广东"众创杯"创业创新大赛(编号6,661)和第十届世界发明展览会金奖(项目编号:A058)【专家评审组评出当代发明家程昕匠心筑梦重大科研成果新型义齿注塑机喜获第十届国际发明展览会金奖。发明家程昕以自主研发知识产权国内首款"一种新型义齿注塑工艺A new type of denture injection technique"小产品,大作为。建立中国连锁加盟"个性化定制式美容工作室"为基础单元平台打造加盟中央厨房式个性化订制式美学义齿工作室模式。让中国口腔诊所更需要通过一种新的义齿注塑技术来改善现状,"一种新型义齿注塑工艺A new type of denture injection technique"就是一个在技术上很好的切入点,树立口腔诊所在当地品牌,提升知名度,增加经济效益】。
